I also am thankful for my SPIN class. My friend Tia teaches it and I just love it! I feel so good after it and its a GREAT cardio class. I don't think it would be as fun if someone else were teaching it though.

November 18 - My friend Tashia! This is one of my closest friends....when I say that, I mean she is someone I can talk about everything with. We don't get to see each other very often, but when we do, we just pick up like we talked yesterday. I got to see her yesterday for lunch and its always so good to see her beautiful face...and just be encouraged by another godly woman.
