Ken and I took a trip to Arkansas the last two days so I could meet his aunt and uncle, Sonny and Rita. LOVE THEM!!!! We really had a good time! It was too short of a visit b/c Rita and I just didn't have enough time to talk!!! Of course, Ken and I love to road trip so it was fun just to be with him and visit the entire way! But, I really enjoyed meeting them....and now I TRULY know where Ken gets some of his personality! Uncle Sonny is hilarious....and maybe I think that b/c Kenny is so much like him! And, Rita is alot like me...she loves to talk and cook and look at pictures and talk!!! Their son, Buddy, was also there b/c they are moving him to Texas tomorrow for him to start school at the Art Institute of Texas. He will be studying photography. We both had our laptops out and were showing each other a million pictures!!! I wish I had taken more pictures, but next time we go, we'll stay longer! And, we have to go eat catfish again....they changed my opinion on fried catfish! I might just be a fan!!! ;)
We stopped by my parents house on the way home to pick up the dogs. As we were eating dinner, Ken looked out the window and snow had started coming down like crazy! We packed everything up and were heading home. I jumped out of the truck to snap a picture of mom and dad's house as we were pulling out of the driveway! I just love the snow!!! Its so beautiful!!!
