Well....It finally came. The worst storm in 15 years. Not because of how much snow we got (even though we got 8 inches and Tulsa got 21 inches), but because the snow combined with the wind and how cold it was. If you remember last year, we had a blizzard on December 24th, 2009 and it was bad....but today was so much worse b/c the wind was so strong and it was about -11 degrees!!!! COLD!!!!!
Poor Ruger took a nose-dive off the steps into the snow. The snow was so high that it covered the last step. He got his toenail caught (which bled) and he fell head first into the snow.
Close to a white-out!
Our firewood is stacked next to the propane tank...sadly, its compeltely covered with snow.
Finally, the sun started shining.
Wood Burning Stove!!!! Keeping our house warm!!!! :)
This is what the dogs do during a snow storm...fight over a bone!
Getting ready to work outside!
Flip is going to help daddy...he's been snuggled up on his heating pad in front of his heater all day!
I'd say they played outside....but its not true! The two dogs went to the restroom and ran back in as fast as they could. Daddy stayed outside to work.

I know I'm pregnant and hormonal, but I seriously teared up when I read that Ruger's tail bled! Poor thing! I hope it is better!
