Happy Valentine's Day

It will be two years in July that I met my sweet, wonderful husband on a blind date (Thanks to our friend, Suzi)! We were engaged 9 months after we met and were married 6 months after our engagement! We've now been married a little over 4 months! He's my best friend in the whole world, the love of my life, my dream come true and God's amazing gift to me! I love him with all of my heart! Today, I kept with my tradition that I started last year in making Creamy Cajun Chicken/Shrimp Pasta and a homemade cheesecake. It was SOOOO good!!!! The pasta was better than I remembered and I got TWO high-fives from Ken!!!! WOOHOO!!!! :) Last year, I made a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake and it didn't turn out very well. The flavor was good, but this year I used a different recipe for White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. It was YUMMY!!!!! I was so full after dinner!!!

We really enjoyed the day together. We woke up to SNOW...again!!!! We went to church and, afterward, had a great lunch with our pastor, his wife, and two sweet sweet ladies, Lacie and Amanda. We came home and started a fire and watch "Obsessed". I worked on some projects for upcoming events and then cooked dinner. Now we are sitting at the TV again and just relaxing! :)
