Texas Vacation: Day 2

Saturday was the big wedding day! It wasn't until that evening, so we decided to take the opportunity to do some shopping! I've been dying to go to IKEA. I hear so many great things about it and I was excited for it to be 5 minutes from our hotel!!! However, before the shopping we had to find a place to eat. I was really craving sushi, but we couldn't find the place we were looking for. As we were driving, we found a Texas Land and Cattle. I'd eaten there years ago and I remember it being really good. We decided to stop there. It was amazing!!! We both got the same thing: Signature Steak and Wedge Salad. We liked it so much we ate there two more times when we went to San Antonio...and so much that I made it when we got home. haha! :) After our fantastic lunch and getting to watch a little football while we were there, he hit some shops! First stop? The Container Store! LOVE! From there, we headed to IKEA!!! And I found a few things that I would love to have for my home...including this kitchen: We were also able to get a few Christmas gifts knocked off the list. It was very productive! We stopped at a few more shopping areas and had a little snack at Mojitos. Then it was back to the hotel to get dressed, meet Rachel and then we were off to the wedding!

It was so much fun celebrating with Kacey and Scot! The wedding was beautiful!!! On our way back to the hotel, we got to see the Frisco Square all lit up for Christmas!!!!
