30DT-Day 13

my husband - I'm thankful that my husband puts up with my need to cuddle. Seriously, on days that I don't get to spend alone time with him, I can be annoying. After work, we went straight to a friends house for dinner and then once we got home, we both hit the computer. I was working on pictures and he had homework. We were both exhausted and I still just needed my "bugging" time (which is what he likes to call it). I'm thankful that he gives me the quality time I need when I don't get to see him throughout the day.

my family - Today, I'm super thankful for my parents. I'm always thankful for them, but we have a big trip coming up and I am so thankful that my parents are helping us with Ruger and Rossi. We couldn't do this without them and I appreciate them opening their home to pups for a week. I know Ruger and Rossi have a great time at Grammie and PaPa's house, but I also know its more work for my parents and I'm so grateful for their willingness to serve and extend grace to us.

my friends - I'm so thankful for "new" friendships. We've known Paul and Kayla for awhile (Kenny has known and/or worked with Paul for years, but I didn't meet them until Kenny and started dating), but we don't get to see them often enough to really just visit with one another. We were blessed to have dinner with them tonight in their home. The food was great, but I so appreciated that God gave us the time to fellowship with them. KP and I always love getting to spend time with other couples and I love when God opens doors to friendship! I'm so thankful that Paul and Kayla invited us over and made an incredible dinner for us! And, watching their little girl Addison show off her dance moves just topped off the night! :)
